Use of PHSM-Calendar on a smartphone. It is possible to use PHSM-Calendar on your smartphone by opening PHSM-Calendar.htm in a browser - for example Chrome. It can only be recommended to open the file from an internet address, because smartphones are very restrictive about opening files from the internal storage of the phone. For that purpose https://calendar.madsenworld.dk/PHSM-Calendar.htm is placed at your free disposal. It is possible to save Events for the calendar in the browsers localStorage (a kind of cookie, but safer). The Events that are saved in this way can only be seen by you on your phone. Since there aren't keys like Ctrl, Alt or Shift on a smartphone, other means are necessesary in order to open for example the calendars dialogs "Edit / Delete / Add Events" and "Search for Events". Here is a list of smartphone usage: Tap on a Date = Show Events Tap on the value for 'Daylight Saving' = Search Events * Tap on the value for 'Leap Year' = Edit Events * Tap on the value for 'Number of Day' = Reset the use of PHSM-Dates.txt Tap on 'sec' = Choose days for Alarm Clock * First activate the wanted date by a tap on it. This will show the Events for the next days. Close the list of Events and then tap on for example the value for 'Leap Year' - this will open "Edit / Delete / Add Events" for the activated date. ------------------- It is possible to run the calendar without online-access by copying PHSM-Kalender.htm and the other calendar files to the phones internal storage and then starting the file from there. But because of restrictions in browsers and the phones operating system, it will NOT be possible to open the calendars dialog windows: "Options I", "Options II", "Edit / Delete / Add Events" and "Search for Events". On many phones the analoge clock will probably not work either (clock no. O will always work though). If you want to run the calendar from the internal storage, the address must be entered with file:/// in the start of the address line of the browser.
